Add one cup of ground coffee to one gallon of water and refrigerate the mix for at least twelve hours. Strain out the grounds (a cheesecloth works best) and enjoy coffee's long-hidden mellow side!

For the best possible taste, use good water and frewshly-roasted coffee. Remember to freeze an ice-cube tray of cold-brewed coffee to chill your drink without diluting it!
