Cafe del Sol has invested years of time and research into seeking out the highest quality green coffees available in the world. Our coffees come from an ever expanding international list including countries in Central and South America, Africa, and Asia. We are committed to local availability of worldwide coffee.!!
Cafe del Sol is pleased to contribute 1% of all sales to the Village Banking Project through Coffee Kids ((R), Inc., a non-profit independent organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of children and families from coffee growing communities.
Cafe del Sol further supports these growing communities by buying, whenever possible, Arabica beans which are grown by smaller, independent coffee growers. Centuries of family experience enable them to produce the best quality beans obtainable.
Beginning with only the highest quality beans as raw material, Cafe del Sol's expert roasters use a special low tar method to custom roast each variety to best draw out their natural characteristic flavor qualities. This "fluid-bed" roasting process produces flavorful, smooth coffee without the bitter nature of most other coffees.
Through local roasting and direct stocking, Cafe del Sol reduces overhead and eliminated the need for non-reusable, non-recyclable, non-biodegradable packaging utilized by other mass-marketed coffees. We are committed to thrifty, environmentally sound top quality coffee roasting.
No bag, sealed or unsealed can keep your coffee fresh!
